Stop Retrofitting AI onto Old Processes. The Future Is Design from Scratch.

𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗜 𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵.

For the last decade, the goal of automation has been to make our existing, human-led workflows faster. We’re just paving the cowpaths.

This approach is safe, but it’s not transformative. It will never deliver the 10x productivity gains that Agentic AI promises.

The real question isn’t “How can we speed up what we do now?”
